How to Surmount Regulations by Fostering Innovations that Enable Faster Value Delivery

In the world of regulated industries, the disease affecting companies everywhere is the addiction to letting innovation stifle innovation. Unknowingly, it is secretly costing them the ability to grow product reach, deliver innovative products, and fosters team disengagement.

In order to innovate and grow product reach, you need to uncover the hidden power of using regulations to your advantage. When harnessed correctly, this will help you foster team satisfaction and innovate more consistently.

By the end of your time with Richelle, you will learn how to encourage innovation in a regulated world, have open communication with regulators, and develop new and innovative products that make your end user sing. Hold on for challenging conversations and norms.

Creating Better Agile Objectives

A good objective has five components that effectively communicate a business outcome and why it matters: Activity: What will we be doing? Scope: What are the boundaries of the work we will touch?

Beneficiary: Who is the intended recipient of the new work? User Value: Why does this work matter to the new user? Business Value: Why does this work matter to the business? PI Objectives can be daunting but can be made much easier when you add in some key components or a formula: [Activity] + [Scope] so that [Beneficiary] have [User Value] to [Business Value].

In this session, Richelle will talk about how using this formula has helped teams to be successful in their writing of objectives as well as helping them deliver value to their customers. Come learn how you can frame your objectives in a way to help your audience, stakeholders and teams better understand the value of the work that will be accomplished in your next PI.
